This is "ASSUMED" to be a safer method for cheating / modding in GTA Online. Get the idea? (No? Then just google about it.) Now, launch the game and load into GTA Online and you will find yourself in an Empty - Public Session.What this does is that, it blocks your connection from other players to your session so that, you will be in "Public, non-connectable-by-other-player" session, technically, its a "Public session with Solo Rules". Next, right click it and make sure you run it as Admin and also unblock it if windows blocks it. What are the benefit you might ask? You can be alone and do your business by yourself even use "magic power" like crazy. Well you might ask,What can I do to escape those griefers,tryhards or even evil modders? You could do task manager->open Resource Monitor->suspend process to a few 5-10 secs then resume process or download GTAV Alone Public Session - External Hack or even GTA5O: Private Public Lobby with Multi-IP whitelist to get yourself a Public solo session!!
Many activity in GTAO requires you to be in a public session,such as CEO(crates),MC club(drugs and money),Bunker(gunrunning),Nightclub(promotion).etc. Internal menus - have different way of hooking to the game that allows them to alter game files to a higher extent,manipulating natives and changing and altering the game in ways that are a lot easier to sig and pick up on(almost limitless potential but more likely to be detect) External menus just modifying memory at certain addresses without injecting anything.(very hard to detect, but limited in function compared to internals) If you inject "code" into the game then you are working internally.
